Membership cancellation
Send your request below or email us. We will confirm the last payment and your final training date. You can finish every training period you pay for.
This rule applies to new agreements signed from October 21, 2026. Existing members keep their agreed terms.
No final payment is required when you cancel within 14 days after the later of receiving your written agreement and all services being available. Any paid Rate Lock Guarantee fee and its HST are refundable in this window. Your Ontario cancellation and refund rights apply.
No further final cancellation payment is added. We stop renewal and confirm training through your currently paid period. Your guarantee ends when the membership ends.
After that window, a successful regular payment on the day we receive your request counts as your final payment. You get the full paid period, with no additional payment.
After that window, the next regular payment is your final one. Finish your current paid period, then train for the final 14-day period. There is no separate fee on top.

Without a paid guarantee, your final payment matches your usual recurring amount, including agreed discounts and applicable tax. We use the local date in Embrun. Read the full membership terms.
We normally respond within three business days. Your request date is recorded when it arrives; processing time does not extend billing. Submitting this form does not take a payment or change an earlier agreement.

You can always cancel by email. Keep a copy of your request. An unpaid balance does not stop you from submitting a request; any amounts you already owe are handled separately.
