Availability and ordering

The shop currently accepts enquiries. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve stock, place an order or take payment. We confirm the item, separate rashguard and shorts sizes where applicable, availability, fulfilment arrangements and total before you pay through a Helcim payment link.

Reaper’s Garden is coming soon and is not yet available to purchase. Model images are generated product mockups; small print details, colours and fit may differ from the finished garments. Ask us if you need to confirm a detail before ordering.

Prices and payment

Displayed merchandise prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable tax: Phantom Kit $129.99, Reaper’s Garden Kit $139.99, and Code Black Tee $34.99. Each kit includes one rashguard and one pair of shorts.

Ontario pickup and delivery are subject to 13% HST. For shipping to another province or country, applicable taxes depend on the destination and will be confirmed with your quote. Any shipping charge and applicable taxes will be disclosed in your order total before payment. Merchandise purchases are one-time payments. Membership billing is separate.

Pickup and shipping

Pickup is available at Code Black Jiu-Jitsu, downstairs inside Vital Fit at 824 Notre-Dame Street, Embrun, Ontario K0A 1W0. Contact us to arrange a pickup time after we confirm your order is ready.

Shipping is available by arrangement. Send your destination postal code when requesting a quote. We will confirm whether we can ship to your address, the shipping charge and an estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe before payment. There is no standard flat shipping rate or delivery promise on this website.

If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help resolve it.

14-day size exchanges

For non-defective merchandise, contact codeblackbjj@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving or picking up your item to request a size exchange. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Exchanges depend on the requested size being in stock.

Please contact us before sending an item back. We will confirm availability and exchange arrangements, including any applicable shipping costs, before you proceed. If your preferred size is unavailable, contact us to discuss the options. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for non-defective merchandise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, email us with your order details and a description of the issue. A photo can help us assess it. The 14-day size-exchange policy does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Memberships and day passes

These merchandise exchange terms do not change membership or day-pass arrangements. Memberships renew every two weeks until paused or cancelled by email. Email before your next billing date to request a pause or cancellation. A $30 day pass is a separate purchase and is not credited toward a membership.
