What to expect.

Explore the principles of balance, positioning and control that connect standing exchanges to ground grappling. Focused games and live practice help you recognise opportunities and adapt to a reacting partner. Tell us about your experience before your first session so we can help you start appropriately.

Understand balance and control

Learn what creates a takedown opportunity and explore how to keep or disrupt balance against resistance.

Connect standing and ground skills

Build an understanding of how to move from a standing exchange to control on the ground.
